NOTE : This will mostly be remote work, but may need to go to Detroit for meetings. No relocation candidates, we need local to Michigan or Ohio (Toledo, Ohio and surrounding areas are close).

Engagement Description
Primary responsibility will be managing and maintaining MS project plans, statdashboards on one or more large projects. Additional activities include meeting set-up, meeting notes with action items and decision tracking. Tracking and reporting budget/hours on project. Lead status activities with multiple business units related to assigned tasks. Support Project Manager.
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience

• 5+ years managing project plans in MS Project, Oracle Fusion, Plan View
• 5+ years facilitating and recording meeting minutes
• 3+ years in a Healthcare industry

Required Skills/Experience

• Current experience with - Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Coordinator of more than one project

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Process Specialist with Visio experience
• PMP Certificate
• Strong Presentation skills including PowerPoint presentation development
• Health Insurance operations knowledge
• Vendor relationship knowledge

Education/Certifications

• Bachelor's degree is required in a related field.
• Prefer PMP certified
