Senior Institutional Sales Manager – FX, Liquidity & Prime Brokerage

NewPath Executives is conducting a confidential search for a Senior Institutional Sales Manager to join a fast-growing global FX brokerage in Dubai.

The business has a strong international regulatory footprint, including CMA regulation in the UAE, FSC regulation in Mauritius, and FSCA regulation in South Africa , together with an experienced international leadership team with backgrounds across Pepperstone, ADSS, Match-Prime and Amana .

Operating from impressive offices in Dubai , the company is now making a significant investment into its Institutional and B2B division .

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced institutional salesperson with an established network across:

1. Brokers and financial institutions
2. Professional and proprietary trading firms
3. Asset managers and family offices
4. IBs and strategic partners
5. Other institutional trading counterparties

The company's institutional offering includes multi-asset liquidity, Prime of Prime / Prime Brokerage solutions, API connectivity and wider B2B trading infrastructure .

This is a revenue-generating position , so we're particularly interested in candidates who already understand the institutional brokerage and liquidity space and have a genuine network/book that can be converted into new deposits, trading flow and recurring revenue .

What We're Looking For

You should have strong experience within Institutional FX/CFDs, liquidity, Prime of Prime, Prime Brokerage or B2B brokerage solutions , together with a proven ability to originate and develop institutional relationships.

You should be comfortable managing the full sales cycle — from identifying opportunities and understanding a client's trading requirements through to commercial negotiation, onboarding, funding and activation.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who can demonstrate realistic business they could bring to the company and the relationships to support it.
