• Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the offer process, including negotiations and onboarding activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams to facilitate a positive recruitment experience.
• Utilize recruitment metrics to report on progress and improve the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.

Required Qualifications/Experience
