Associate Director, Marketing AI - Foster City, CA

Define and develop US marketing AI decisioning capability roadmap aligned to commercial priorities
Lead implementation of AI agents for marketing strategy and insights in collaboration with technology partners
Build cross-functional alignment across digital strategy, analytics, IT, and data management teams
Establish governance processes for prioritization, transparency, and timely roadmap implementation
Lead end-to-end delivery of marketing AI capabilities with defined quarterly priorities and milestones
Bachelor's degree with 10+ years experience, or Master's with 8+ years, or PhD with 2+ years
~8+ years pharma commercial experience with strong analytical and communication skills
~ Deep expertise building agentic AI solutions for marketing strategy and activation workflows
~ Knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources including claims data and HCP/patient engagement data
~ Ability to navigate commercial, analytics, and technology environments effectively
~ Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills
