Senior Data Business Analyst

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits seeks a Senior Business Analyst to drive data-informed decisions in our wholesale distribution business. You'll analyze sales, pricing, inventory, and logistics performance, translate insights into clear dashboards and recommendations, and partner with sales, supply chain, and finance leaders. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, translating business needs into reporting solutions, building models and KPIs, and improving processes. You'll mentor junior analysts and support strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, people-first, and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, pricing, inventory, and logistics data to uncover trends and opportunities
• Partner with sales, supply chain, and finance to define analytical and reporting requirements
• Develop dashboards, reports, and models to support strategic and operational decisions
• Define and track KPIs that measure commercial and operational performance
• Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into technical specifications
• Recommend process and performance improvements based on data insights
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Mentor and support junior analysts on tools, methods, and best practices
