Job Description

Duration: 06 months contract
Overview
Support new customers with SaaS/CRM onboarding, account setup, basic configuration, user support, and issue resolution. Ensure customers are successfully set up, understand the platform, and are ready for ongoing use.
 
Responsibilities
  • Guide new customers through account setup, user activation, and onboarding.
  • Assist with CRM configuration, workflows, automations, permissions, and integrations.
  • Answer new-user questions and resolve standard setup and technical issues.
  • Support basic data imports, exports, and account configuration.
  • Conduct onboarding, readiness, and user-support sessions.
  • Track customer progress, issues, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain clear documentation and complete handoffs to Customer Success.
  • Follow established onboarding processes and support continuous improvement.
Must-Have Skills
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, CRM support, implementation, technical support, or customer enablement.
  • Experience with a CRM such as Follow Up Boss, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of CRM workflows, automations, users, permissions, lead routing, and integrations.
  • Strong customer-facing communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment.
 
Desired Skills
  • Experience with customer onboarding or new-account implementation.
  • Follow Up Boss or real-estate technology experience.
  • Exposure to data imports/exports, APIs, or third-party integrations.
  • Experience training CRM users or administrators.
  • Gainsight or other Customer Success platform experience.
  • Experience working with SOPs, playbooks, and remote teams.
