VP of Human Resources
Position Overview
Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic VP of Human Resources to lead the organization's people strategy during a period of significant growth and expansion. This executive leader will partner closely with senior leadership to build scalable human capital strategies that support a growing, multi-site workforce.

The VP of Human Resources will oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, and HR operations while ensuring alignment between business objectives and people initiatives. The ideal candidate is a business-minded HR executive who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution and has a proven track record supporting growth-oriented organizations.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on all human capital matters
Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives
Assess and enhance HR structures, processes, and capabilities to support future expansion
Utilize workforce analytics and key performance indicators to drive decision-making and organizational effectiveness
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Lead the development of scalable recruiting strategies to support organizational growth
Partner with business leaders to anticipate workforce needs and succession requirements
Establish recruiting metrics, accountability measures, and talent acquisition best practices
Build pipelines for leadership and critical operational roles
Organizational & Leadership Development
Drive leadership development initiatives across all levels of the organization
Develop succession planning and talent management programs
Enhance performance management processes that promote accountability and results
Support organizational design and change management efforts
HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll partnership, compliance, policies, and HR programs
Ensure HR practices align with applicable regulations and business objectives
Implement process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability
Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team
Evaluate team structure and resource requirements to support future growth
Foster collaboration across recruiting, HR operations, training, and business leadership functions
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field
10+ years of progressive human resources leadership experience
Experience supporting organizations with 1,000+ employees
Multi-site workforce leadership experience
Proven success building and scaling HR infrastructure in growing organizations
Strong background in talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development
Demonstrated ability to influence executives and operational leaders
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
Preferred
Master's degree in a related discipline
SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar certification
Experience in healthcare services, senior living, hospitality, real estate, construction, property management, or other multi-location service-based organizations
Experience supporting founder-led, entrepreneurial, or high-growth organizations

Improve performance management and organizational effectiveness processes
Increase alignment between business strategy and people initiatives
Build a high-performing HR function positioned to support continued expansion
