Position Summary:
Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced
Residential HVAC Sales Representative for our
Syracuse, NY
Location. his is a lead-based sales role with a competitive base salary plus commission. First-year earnings potential can exceed $150,000–$180,000+ depending on performance. What can we offer you?

Starting base salary of $80,000 plus 2% commission for 6-month training period

Key Responsibilities

Perform in-home consultations, follow-ups, and sales of residential HVAC equipment and services
Drive sales revenue and maintain strong gross margins for the residential HVAC division
Continuously develop sales skills, stay current on industry trends, and maintain deep product knowledge
Schedule jobs, prepare designs, and submit job orders
Clearly communicate project scope with installation and service teams
Deliver outstanding customer service from the initial sale through completion and beyond
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous sales experience (preferably in HVAC, home services, or related industries) strongly preferred
Knowledge of HVAC systems, home performance, energy efficiency, or building science is a plus
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
