Project Manager

Description Bring your construction project leadership to a fast-moving QSR expansion in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, helping deliver design-led venues from handover to opening with an experienced international projects team. This Project Manager opportunity offers hands-on ownership, real accountability to programme and budget, and the chance to support a growing footprint across Texas. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include: 3–5+ years of construction project management experience.

Experience managing restaurant, QSR, hospitality, retail, or commercial tenant improvement/fit-out projects from design handover through opening. Ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of Texas contractors, subcontractors, construction trades, and local permitting processes. Experience managing budgets, schedules, change orders, procurement, and subcontractors. Comfort communicating directly with trades and holding contractors accountable. Coordinate permits, inspections, health approvals, occupancy approvals, and authority to trade.

Own day-to-day delivery, manage risks and delays, oversee defects/closeout, and communicate progress, costs, and risks to the international team.

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
