Project Manager (Exp-10+Y) with AI & Banking-Full time-Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in banking and financial services and exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure successful implementation of AI-driven solutions within the banking domain.

The candidate should have strong project management skills, an understanding of banking operations, and experience delivering technology projects in a regulated financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of AI and technology initiatives within banking and financial services.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, data scientists, AI/ML engineers, and vendors.
• Translate business requirements into project plans, milestones, and actionable deliverables.
• Oversee AI-related initiatives such as intelligent automation, fraud detection, risk analytics, customer service automation, and AI-powered banking solutions.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog reviews, and status reporting as applicable.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address issues, risks, and delivery challenges.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, data privacy requirements, information security standards, and internal governance policies.
• Prepare project status reports, executive presentations, RAID logs, and steering committee updates.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation planning, production deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and stakeholder communication.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project management or technology project delivery.
• 3+ years of experience working with banking or financial services organizations.
• Experience managing AI, machine learning, data analytics, intelligent automation, or other emerging technology projects.
• Strong understanding of banking processes, financial products, and technology systems.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within defined timelines and budgets.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certification.
• Exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI-powered automation, or responsible AI governance.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with banking platforms, payment systems, risk management, fraud prevention, or regulatory reporting.
• Experience working with senior business leaders, technology leadership, and third-party vendors.
