The Role

• Drive canvassing-based marketing initiatives to generate qualified sales leads for the sales team.
• Plan and schedule routes for a team of Field Canvassers, including evenings and weekends.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of Field Canvassers, setting and monitoring performance against marketing goals and KPIs.
• Manage permit requirements in assigned territories to ensure compliance with local ordinances.
• Track and report on lead generation metrics to evaluate performance and ROI, with responsibility for exceeding sales lead quotas.
• Collaborate with local operations and management to grow brand presence.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of management experience in field canvassing, preferably within a direct-to-consumer industry.
• Proven experience in lead generation, experiential marketing, and/or field canvassing.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, and training marketing or canvassing staff.
• Ability to work outside in varying climates and flexible to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
