Are you a motivated, people-oriented person looking to break into sales with an exciting company?
We are hiring an entry-level Sales Representative for a strong financial services client in Allentown.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Compensation: $15 hr + uncapped commissions
No extensive sales experience required.
Training, tools, and support are provided.

What You'll Be Doing

Proactively reaching out to prospective customers via outbound calls. Booking qualified meetings with SME and Enterprise businesses. Identifying key decision-makers and gathering valuable account insights.

Starting consultative conversations about how solutions can support business growth
Delivering a professional, positive experience on every interaction
What We're Looking For:
Confident, engaging communicators who enjoy talking to people
Strong organization and time management skills
A positive, self-starter mindset with a drive to succeed
Comfort using Microsoft Office and online tools
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
