Finance Manager (Financial Planning/Analysis)

The Director of Finance spearheads the Finance Department across the organization’s core Finance areas of responsibility and ensures the department can produce and improve Finance work products across those areas, in support of the organization’s strategic goals.

This position will Direct and assist a team of staff in the Finance Department, ensuring recurring Finance Department work is completed across the department’s areas of ownership. policies and standards; The Director will drive adoption of finance technologies and automations and support cross-functional leaders by translating financial requirements, analyses, risks, and decisions into usable guidance. Must be comfortable with the use of general office equipment, such as computers, copiers and fax.

Must be comfortable spending 95% of time doing stationary work at the computer terminal.

This position requires an understanding of all Harvesters food safety policies and compliance with all food safety related procedures.

Must be highly computer literate, with in-depth experience in accounting software and MS Excel.

Required Experience: 7 years of experience in accounting/finance, to include at least 3 years in a financial leadership role.

Preferred Experience: Two years of experience working in the nonprofit industry or in industries with inventory, warehousing, and/or logistics elements.

Requires Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

Preferred Education: Education: CPA or Master’s degree in finance-related field.
