The Finance Manager is responsible for structuring deals, presenting financing and leasing options, and maximizing the profitability of each transaction through the sale of protection products, warranties, and aftermarket packages — all while ensuring a transparent, compliant, and customer-first experience. Structure and present financing, leasing, and cash purchase options tailored to each customer’s needs

• Work directly with lenders to secure financing approvals and achieve the best possible terms for customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lending partners and financial institutions
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in the finance office that reflects the Best Ford standard

2+ years of automotive Finance Manager (F&I) experience required

• Proven track record of strong F&I performance including per-vehicle gross and product penetration
• Thorough understanding of automotive lending, leasing, and deal structuring
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills with a professional, consultative approach
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends
