Human Resources Generalist - Medical Office

Our client is a growing
Class II/III medical device company looking for a hands-on
Human Resources Manager / Generalist to own and continuously improve the HR function. This is a full time, direct hire role working onsite. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports and a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats, working directly with leadership, and making a meaningful impact on company culture and growth. Bilingual Spanish/English is required.

The Human Resources Manager / Human Resources Generalist will

Own full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing through onboarding. Serve as the primary HR resource for employee relations, investigations, and performance management. Manage benefits, leave programs, workers' compensation, HRIS, and personnel records. Coach managers on performance management, documentation, and corrective actions. Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and processes.

Help build scalable HR infrastructure to support continued growth.
5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
~ Bilingual English/Spanish required (written and verbal).
~ Experience with recruiting, employee relations, investigations, benefits, and HRIS.
~ Experience supporting multi-shift manufacturing preferred.
~ Medical device, ISO 13485, or FDA-regulated experience is a plus.
~ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
