The Wisdom Teeth Guys is seeking a motivated Referral Sales Representative to manage and expand our established Houston/Pearland Texas territory. This position focuses on building relationships with general dental offices and generating patient referrals for wisdom teeth removal.

What You'll Do
Visit general dental offices throughout the assigned territory and surrounding areas
Build strong relationships with dentists, office managers, treatment coordinators, and staff
Educate practices on the advantages of referring patients to The Wisdom Teeth Guys
Conduct marketing visits, lunch-and-learns, and other outreach activities
Maintain and grow an established referral network while developing new referral sources
Represent a trusted brand known for exceptional patient care, affordability, and convenience
Territory
This is a field-based position covering Houston/Pearland and surrounding areas.

The territory is already established and generating referrals. Your goal will be to strengthen existing relationships while driving continued growth throughout the region.

Compensation: $70,000 - $110,000 per year (competitive base salary plus uncapped commission)

Requirements
Proven sales, business development, and/or relationship marketing experience (2+ years of sales experience required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable making cold/warm calls and developing new business relationships
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a field-based environment
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the territory
Dental industry experience is a plus, but not required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Preferred Location: Candidates must live in the Houston/Pearland and surrounding area, as these locations provide convenient access to the territory.
