Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Data Warehousing Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Design and develop data and AI solutions using relevant enterprise data sources, ensuring solutions align with analytical, automation, and business requirements.
2. Build and integrate AI-powered workflows, retrieval systems, and intelligent applications while applying appropriate data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and validation techniques.
3. Develop, test, deploy, and monitor AI-driven solutions in production environments, evaluating performance and improving solution quality over time.
4. Document technical methodologies, solution designs, workflows, and implementation activities while collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver project objectives.

Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	3–5 years of experience in data engineering, AI/ML engineering, analytics engineering, or related technical roles, including hands-on experience developing AI and data solutions.
Technical Skills	Data engineering, SQL, data modeling, semantic modeling, machine learning, artificial intelligence, data preprocessing, model evaluation, data integration, analytics workflows, application deployment, production monitoring
Business / Domain Skills	Experience developing Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, including retrieval pipelines and grounded AI responses. Hands-on experience with Snowflake AI Solutions and Snowflake Cortex AI, including enterprise data and AI workflows. Experience building AI agent workflows, vector search, prompt engineering, guardrails, and AI solution evaluation. Experience developing semantic data models and AI-powered analytics workflows using enterprise data platforms.
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.
