Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect / Oracle Retail MFCS Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong expertise in Oracle Retail merchandising applications and end-to-end MFCS implementations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive retail domain experience, strong technical and solution design capabilities, and hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and practices.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, development, and enhancement of Oracle Retail merchandising applications, including MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA, and ReIM.
Drive end-to-end Oracle Retail MFCS implementation activities, from requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications and scalable solution designs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and technical teams to validate requirements, system configurations, and architectural decisions.
Develop and maintain technical solutions using PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle APEX, and REST APIs.
Design and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Kafka, middleware, and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) concepts.
Required skills
Strong experience in the Retail domain, with a minimum of 10 years of overall work experience.
Mandatory skills required - MFCS implementation.
MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA, and ReIM.
Required Skills:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in the implementation, development, and enhancement of Oracle Retail Merchandising applications, including MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA, and ReIM.
Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle Retail MFCS implementation is mandatory.
Proven experience in translating business requirements into functional and technical designs, and driving them through development and deployment.
Hands-on experience in leveraging AI-assisted development tools and practices is mandatory.
Strong technical skills in PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle APEX development, REST APIs,Kafka,Middleware/ESB concepts , JSON/XML and OIC ( Oracle Inegration cloud)
Ability to collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams to validate business requirements, system configurations, and solution designs.
