Role: Techno-Functional Solution Architect (Oracle Fusion, OIC, WMI & Integrations)

Position Summary

We are seeking a 15+ years' experience, highly technical, and hands-on Techno-Functional Solution Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Fusion Cloud, and Warehouse Management and Inventory (WMI) systems.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. You will lead the architecture, design, and delivery of complex enterprise integrations and end-to-end solutions across Oracle Fusion ERP/SCM and warehouse management ecosystems. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical foundation, a robust architectural mindset, and hands-on delivery experience in high-impact transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the end-to-end architecture and technical design for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and alignment with enterprise standards.
2. Integration Leadership: Architect and oversee complex enterprise integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and file-based data transfers between Oracle Fusion and third-party or legacy systems.
3. Domain Expertise (WMI & Fusion): Provide deep functional and technical guidance on Warehouse Management & Inventory (WMI) and Oracle Fusion (SCM/ERP), aligning out-of-the-box capabilities with business processes.
4. Hands-on Technical Execution: Drive critical configurations, custom extensions, and integration scripts. Lead troubleshooting and performance tuning efforts for complex technical bottlenecks.
5. Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and third-party vendors to translate business use cases into robust technical designs.
6. Governance & Best Practices: Establish and enforce architectural governance, coding standards, error-handling frameworks, and deployment best practices across all integration and development streams.
7. Testing & Go-Live Support: Oversee system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration, and provide seamless post-production support.

Required Qualifications & Skills

1. Experience: 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4–6 years in a Solution Architect or Lead Technical role.
2. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) & OIC: Expert-level mastery of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), visual builder, process automation, integrations, and connection patterns (ERP adapters, REST, SOAP, FTP, etc.).
3. Oracle Fusion Cloud: Proven implementation and architectural experience across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (Supply Chain Management, Inventory, or ERP modules).
4. Warehouse Management & Inventory (WMI): Strong domain knowledge and implementation experience in WMI processes, warehouse execution systems, and inventory tracking/management integrations.
5. Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL, PL/SQL, Groovy scripting, REST/SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and Java/JavaScript.
6. Mindset: A true "techno-functional" profile who is equally comfortable whiteboarding high-level enterprise architecture diagrams and diving deep into code, logs, and payload mappings.
7. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions to executive leadership and business teams alike.
8. Preferred Qualifications

1. Certified Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Implementation Specialist or Oracle Cloud Solution Architect.
2. Experience with automated CI/CD deployment pipelines for cloud applications.
3. Prior experience managing multi-geography global rollout projects.
