Role - IAM Lead with Japanese Proficiency

Experience Required -6+ Years

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

12+ years of overall IT experience.

8+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience.

Experience leading large-scale global IAM transformation programs.

Prior experience working with Japanese clients or Japan-based stakeholders.

BFSI domain experience preferred.

Must Have Skills

Native / Fluent Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1 preferred).

Strong verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English.
