CNC Machine Operator | Heidelberg, Germany | On-site

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator for a leading international manufacturing company with a site in Heidelberg. Join a dynamic production team and contribute to their ongoing success in delivering high-quality products.

The Role

• Operate CNC and cutting machines in a production environment
• Load machines according to specifications and monitor the manufacturing process
• Identify malfunctions and actively participate in troubleshooting
• Assist in the creation and acceptance of first parts for series production

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a background in metalworking (e.g., Industrial Mechanic) or equivalent
• Proven experience operating CNC turning and milling machines
• Preferably, familiarity with turning, milling, and sawing machines
• Basic SAP knowledge for order feedback is a plus
• Good German language skills
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
