The Role

• Operate and monitor CNC milling and turning machines for the production of high-precision automotive components.
• Perform machine setup operations and adjust equipment for new production orders.
• Conduct quality checks on manufactured parts using standard measuring tools, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Analyze error messages and resolve minor issues directly within the production process.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a metalworking trade (e.g., cutting mechanic, industrial mechanic) or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience operating CNC machines is highly advantageous.
• Willingness to work in a multi-shift system (e.g., 2-shift or 3-shift).
• Reliability, manual dexterity, and a strong focus on quality.
