The Role • Operate and monitor CNC milling and turning machines for the production of high-precision automotive components. • Independently perform setup operations and configure machines for new production orders. • Conduct quality checks using standard measuring tools to ensure adherence to quality standards. • Analyze error messages and resolve minor operational issues during the production process. What You'll Need • Completed apprenticeship in a metalworking trade (e.g., CNC machinist, industrial mechanic) or equivalent qualification. • Prior experience operating CNC machines is highly advantageous. • Willingness to work in a multi-shift environment (e.g., 2 or 3 shifts). • Reliability, manual dexterity, and a strong commitment to quality.
