The Role

• Operate and monitor CNC milling and turning machines for precision vehicle component manufacturing.
• Independently perform machine setup and adjustments for new production orders.
• Inspect manufactured workpieces using standard measurement tools to ensure quality standards are met.
• Analyze error messages and resolve minor issues directly within the production process.

What You'll Need

• Completed training in a metalworking trade, such as a cutting mechanic, industrial mechanic, or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience operating CNC machines is highly advantageous.
• Willingness to work in a multi-shift system (e.g., 2-shift or 3-shift).
• Reliability, manual dexterity, and a strong commitment to quality.
