Job Title: Enterprise M365 Migration PM / Change Lead

Location: Irving TX, Westerville OH, Phoenix AZ

• Microsoft 365 tenant governance familiarity - Candidate should understand how an enterprise M365 environment is governed  permissions, access, policies, ownership, security/compliance considerations, OneDrive/SharePoint administration concepts
• Formal change control: Experience working through Change Requests, CAB/Change Advisory Board, approvals, implementation plans, rollback plans, maintenance windows, etc.
• Focused on enterprise data/file migration to Microsoft OneDrive/SharePoint or a similar Microsoft 365 environment.
• The core responsibility is to move users/business units from an existing file-storage environment to OneDrive, in controlled waves.
• Wave scheduling, business-unit kickoffs, mapping worksheets, RACI, data-owner sign-off, cutover comms and user guidance.

• Wave-based migration planning and cutover scheduling
• Business-unit kickoff facilitation and stakeholder management with non-technical data owners
• Mapping-worksheet methodology — folder ownership, backup owners, background applications, retention-flagged records, permission steps
• RACI construction and data-owner sign-off and attestation workflows
• ServiceNow intake and ticket-driven coordination
• End-user communications and training material authoring
• OneDrive end-user fluency: sync versus “Add shortcut to OneDrive”, Known Folder Move, replacing mapped drives with network shortcuts
• Risk and issue tracking with disciplined escalation
