The Role

• Proactively engage with existing customers and prospects through needs-based assessments to foster loyalty and identify opportunities.
• Recommend tailored financial solutions, including everyday banking, investments, lending, home financing, and small business offerings, based on customer needs.
• Guide customers in utilizing digital and self-serve banking options to simplify their experience.
• Contribute to business objectives by building new relationships within the community and generating appointments.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to lending applications, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Make informed credit recommendations for personal lending transactions, including home financing, in alignment with sound credit principles.

What You'll Need

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial services or a related field.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions, including retail investments and lending products.
