Mortgage Sales Originator

Generations Home Loans is seeking a motivated Mortgage Loan Originator to join our Finance, Accounting & Administration team in the Banking, Insurance & Investment industry. You will source, consult, and guide borrowers through the residential mortgage process from application through closing. Responsibilities include developing referral relationships, collecting and analyzing borrower documentation, ensuring files meet underwriting and regulatory requirements, presenting loan options, and providing outstanding customer service. You will collaborate with processors, underwriters, and closing teams to deliver timely approvals and on-time closings while meeting production and compliance goals.
