Responsibilities

• Prospect and follow up on warm mortgage leads provided by the company
• Conduct initial borrower consultations to understand goals and qualify needs
• Collect, verify, and submit loan applications and supporting documentation
• Explain loan options, rates, fees, and the mortgage process clearly to clients
• Collaborate with processors, underwriters, and closing teams to move files to funding
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and track pipeline progress
• Stay current on mortgage products, guidelines, and industry regulations
• Deliver high-touch, client-focused service from application through closing
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to improve sales and product knowledge
• Build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners
