Backfill for FTE

Team of 8 analysts; highly collaborative with MPS and BTS counterparts

Tech projects: Snowflake migration; AI agent development; Gitlab implementation

Business Efforts: Transfer Analytics, Repeat Call / FCR optimization; Journey Analytics; CTM prediction

Some additional hiring; not yet defined

Typical Day in the Role

This role is going to inherit ownership of a portfolio of Power BI dashboards that support our Member & Provider Services (MPS) organization. While these are some of the most used dashboards in the entire company, they are far from perfect. Many need consolidation and a new vision. I'm looking for seasoned capabilities, thought leadership, curiosity, and willingness to stay flexible during a season of transformation.

Must Haves:

- Enterprise-caliber Power BI solutions

o Executive dashboards, data visualization, and advanced DAX

- Advanced SQL proficiency

o Complex SQL dev from scratch; Database views; query optimization

- Demonstrated Capabilities:

o Project/development leadership

o Business impact

o Stakeholder partnership; polished communication

Preferred:

- Healthcare data experience

- Customer Service / Call Center Analytics

- Comfort with Modern Analytics Tech Stack

o Snowflake, Git, AI-assisted dev, AI Agents, cloud-based analytics platforms

- Enterprise Data Asset development

o KPI design & development

o Analytical/Reporting Conventions

o Complex "business" logic

- Demonstrated Capabilities:

o Subject Matter Expertise

o Cross-functional collaboration

o Balancing multiple priorities

o Requirements Solicitation / Solution Design
