About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC) Data Analyst to join our growing e-commerce team. In this role, you will analyze digital storefront data, build actionable dashboards, and optimize our online retail performance. You will serve as a vital bridge between business strategy and technical data architecture to directly drive revenue growth.

What You Will Do

• E-Commerce Analytics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rates, cart abandonment, user paths, and average order value (AOV).

• Reporting & Dashboards: Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards using SQL and business intelligence tools to deliver critical insights to stakeholders.

• Data Integration & Quality: Monitor data flows between Oracle Commerce Cloud, ERPs, and data warehouses to ensure data accuracy and swiftly resolve discrepancies.

• Business Insights: Translate complex transactional and behavioral data into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing, merchandising, and product teams.

• A/B Testing Support: Analyze the results of site changes, promotions, and new feature rollouts to accurately measure overall business impact.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, specifically working within the Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC) ecosystem or closely related enterprise e-commerce platforms.

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

• Data Visualization: Hands-on experience building reports and dashboards in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).

• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of e-commerce data structures, web analytics, and digital retail metrics.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to clearly explain technical insights to non-technical business partners.
