Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT software projects from initiation through deployment
• Develop and manage project plans, scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, engineering, QA, and stakeholders
• Implement and oversee project management best practices, tools, and methodologies (Agile/Hybrid)
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; drive resolution and escalation as needed
• Communicate status, milestones, and dependencies to executives and stakeholders
• Ensure projects align with business objectives and deliver measurable value
• Drive process improvement and continuous optimization of delivery practices
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to team capability building
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and manage expectations
