Project Coordinator/Junior Project Manager – ERP

Top Consulting is seeking a Project Coordinator/Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology and ERP projects. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and IT resources. Experience supporting ERP projects, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, and/or manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

o   Assist with planning, coordinating, and tracking technology and ERP projects from initiation through completion.

o   Maintain project schedules, timelines, action items, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.

o   Coordinate meetings, project communications, status updates, and follow-up activities across business and technical teams.

o   Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure project activities remain on track.

o   Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, process mapping, testing, and implementation activities.

o   Support ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, and system enhancements, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 initiatives.

o   Track project issues, risks, decisions, and change requests and escalate concerns when appropriate.

o   Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, data validation, and implementation coordination.

o   Prepare project status reports, presentations, meeting notes, and other project documentation.

o   Help coordinate training, change management, and user communication related to new systems and processes.

o   Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

o   Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.

o   2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, business analysis, or a related role.

o   Experience supporting technology, ERP, or business application projects.

o   Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

o   Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms is a plus.

o   Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience preferred.

o   Manufacturing industry experience preferred, particularly within ERP, supply chain, inventory, production, procurement, or operations.

o   Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery methodologies is a plus.

o   Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
