Role: Project Manager- Case Management Child Support Enforcement

Interview process: via Zoom/Teams.

Location: Madison, WI - WI residency required. Must be WI resident or willing to relocate within 30 days of start date at own expense.  

90-100% remote but can require staff to come onsite as necessary with sufficient notice. Onsite work is not likely, but candidate should be prepared to come onsite if required.

Duration: 6/30/2027, with the potential to extend for an additional term(s)

Top skills:

•          Experience working with a business customer to document requirements, analysis and design deliverables (15+ years)

•          Experience completing Unit/Development Testing, Systems Testing, and Supporting User Acceptance Testing (15+ years)

•          Team management expertise including creation, assignment, and tracking of work tasks and responsibilities

•          Excellent oral and written communication skills

•          Technical writing and documentation (12+ years)

•          Experience using SQL, SPUFI, Platinum, File Manager, Debugger, QMF Tools or equivalent (10+ years)


Nice to have skills:

•          Knowledge and experience with child support system certification

•          Financial and/or Case Management Child Support Enforcement: Systems development and maintenance experience
