IT Business Analyst

Role: IT Business Analyst + MS Access + Mainframe
Location: Albany, NY
Duration: 30 months + Contract
Mode: Hybrid 

Job Overview
•84 Months Experience in MS Access and SharePoint, documenting mainframe terminal emulator or console-based applications, code low code systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or OutSystems.
•84 Months Experience facilitating requirement workshops, JAD sessions and structured walkthroughs, performing impact analysis to assess the potential effects of changes on other applications and reports and risk assessments to mitigate issues.
•60 Months Experience creating test plans and test cases and working with users on User Acceptance Testing.
•84 Months Experience managing requirements throughout the Requirements Management Lifecycle, including creation and execution of a Requirements Management Plan, requirements traceability, establishing requirements baselines and managing requirements change control.
•60 Months Experience documenting another agency or company licensing system.
•MBA or MS in Business Analytics and Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
