Job Description

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Atlanta, GA- onsite 5 days/ week

Duration: 6-month contract, with potential for extension

Required / Must-haves:

  • 5+ years experience working with Business and technical teams to prepare system requirements and Technical and functional documents.
  • Generate and analyze reports to support clinical and administrative decision-making.
  • Provide advanced Windows troubleshooting and support for our software and cloud platform.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to understand their issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Compose clear and detailed JIRA tickets for developers and administrators.
  • Ensure the security of IT systems and data, adhering to best practices and company policies.
  • Utilize available tools like REST APIs, Postman, and Swagger for testing and documentation.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality support.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and supporting software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience with issue-tracking software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Availability to work on-call or during off-hours as needed to support hospital IT operations.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
