Event Coordinator & Sales

Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-focused
Event Coordinator & Sales to drive new business while planning and executing successful events. This position is responsible for booking leads, building client relationships, coordinating event logistics, and ensuring exceptional event experiences from initial inquiry through event completion. The ideal candidate is both sales-driven and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Event Coordination
Plan, organize, and execute events from start to completion. Develop event timelines
Manage event logistics, including setup details, execution, and breakdown. Communicate regularly with clients to ensure expectations are met. Oversee event staff, vendors, and volunteers as needed. Troubleshoot issues during events and provide immediate solutions. Sales
Book event services, packages, and add-on offerings. Respond to inquiries and conduct consultations with prospective clients.

Prepare proposals and contracts
Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Build strong client relationships that encourage repeat business. Identify upselling opportunities throughout the planning process. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
1-3 years of experience
Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, sales, customer service, or a related field. Proven ability to meet sales targets and generate revenue. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM/event management software. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay:
Performance review after 90 days with the opportunity to discuss a Salary increase, Bonuses and Commission based on performance.
