About Us
Drai's After Hours is a premier Las Vegas nightlife destination with a growing private events and group sales business. We're looking for a motivated coordinator/sales specialist to own that pipeline.

What You'll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for private event and group booking inquiries
Respond to leads promptly, qualify needs, and convert inquiries into bookings
Build and manage proposals, contracts, and pricing for private events
Coordinate event logistics with operations and staff to ensure smooth execution
Maintain and grow relationships with repeat clients, planners, and partners
Track outreach, leads, and bookings; report on pipeline and conversion regularly
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities (corporate, celebration, group/partnership events)
Requirements
Prior experience in event sales, hospitality sales, or private events coordination
Strong communication and negotiation skills; comfortable owning the full sales cycle
Highly organized, able to juggle multiple active leads and events at once
Experience with CRM/booking tools (e.g., Tripleseat) a plus
Flexible availability, including some evenings/weekends for events
