Our client is looking for ServiceNow SPM & CMDB Architect project in NewJersey  below is the detailed requirements.

Job Title : ServiceNow SPM & CMDB Architect

Location : New Jersey

Duration : Long Term

Description:

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 12+ years of experience.
• You should have a 7+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Must have a 5+ years of ServiceNow SPM architecture and implementation experience.

• Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• Design and implement using the Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Strategic Planning, Financial Planning, Investment Funding

Program & Project Management, Agile Development & Agile Program Management and OKR Management

• Define portfolio governance models, funding structures, project intake processes, and resource allocation strategies.
• Create executive dashboards, portfolio health metrics, and performance reporting frameworks.

• Define enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture and roadmap.
• Conduct architecture reviews, design authority governance, and platform health assessments.
• Create Architecture Documents (HLD, LLD, Solution Blueprints).

• Define integration architecture with enterprise systems including SAP, Oracle, Azure, AWS, monitoring tools, DevOps, and third-party applications
• Good Experience architecting enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformations.

• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Business Stakeholders, and Delivery Teams to align ServiceNow capabilities with business goals.
• Strong knowledge of CSDM, CMDB governance, and data quality frameworks.
• Experience working in global Agile delivery environments.
