Infor XA Business Analyst

Job Title: Infor XA Business Analyst (Non-Finance Modules)

Role Summary

Responsible for analysing business processes, gathering requirements, configuring Infor XA modules, supporting testing activities, coordinating with business users, and ensuring successful delivery of ERP enhancements, implementations, and support engagements across supply chain and manufacturing functions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis for business processes.
• Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
• Work with business stakeholders and SMEs to validate requirements.

Infor XA Functional Consulting

• Configure Infor XA modules based on business needs.
• Recommend standard XA solutions and best practices.
• Support process improvements and system optimization.
• Coordinate with technical consultants for custom developments.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Prepare test scenarios and test scripts.
• Execute functional testing and integration testing.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Validate defect fixes and enhancements.

Data Migration & Cutover

• Support master data and transactional data uploads.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation.
• Assist with cutover planning and execution.

Go-Live & Hypercare Support

• Support deployment activities.
• Resolve user issues during stabilization.
• Coordinate with client teams and project stakeholders.
• Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer.

• PTP (Procure-to-Pay): Purchasing, Supplier Management, Receiving
• STP (Sales-to-Pay / Order-to-Cash): Customer Orders, Pricing, Shipping
• LTC (Logistics-to-Customer): Inventory, Warehousing, Distribution
• Manufacturing Planning

Experience Requirement

• 6-8+ years of Infor XA functional experience.
• Experience in manufacturing industries preferred
• Exposure to ERP implementations, upgrades, or AMS support.
