Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client seeking for a Business Analyst in the South Florida area, with remote options available.

Responsibilities

• Gather business and customer requirements
• Translate requirements into user stories
• Utilize Jira for requirements management
• Work within Agile development environments
• Partner closely with developers
• Clarify requirements and answer development team questions
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

REQUIREMENTS:

• Healthcare experience is considered valuable, but not mandatory
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology helps accelerate onboarding
• Experience within healthcare data environments is a plus
• Provider-side healthcare experience is especially attractive
• Patient/member-side healthcare experience remains useful but may require additional ramp-up regarding LexisNexis' business model
• SQL knowledge

Demonstrated ability to:

• Understand business needs
• Create actionable requirements
• Develop clear user stories
• Communicate effectively with development teams.

Candidates should understand:

• Agile methodologies
• Scrum/team workflows
• How Agile development teams operate day to day

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
