• Strong expertise in AI/ML, Mathematical Optimization, and Operations Research.
• Hands-on experience with optimization tools such as FICO Xpress, IBM CPLEX, or Gurobi.
• Strong understanding of Linear Programming (LP) and optimization techniques.
• Mandatory: Strong coding skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience in developing, implementing, and optimizing mathematical models for complex business problems.
• Ability to work with large datasets and translate business requirements into scalable optimization solutions.
• Experience with Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) is highly desirable.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical solutions effectively.
