About the Role

Our client is implementing Oracle Cloud ERP and is seeking an experienced Lead Consultant to drive the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep functional expertise, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to guide both technical teams and business stakeholders through a full implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Day to day support for complex Business queries on OTM 
• Lead functional design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Transportation Management
• Drive requirements gathering for shipment planning, carrier management, freight settlement, and rating
• Lead workshops for fit-gap analysis and solution design
• Support integration between OTM and Order Management / Logistics / Finance modules
• Lead testing cycles (CRP, SIT, UAT) and cutover/go-live activities
• Provide production support guidance and knowledge transfer to client teams

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of Oracle experience, with strong hands-on OTM implementation background
• At least 2 full lifecycle OTM implementations (Cloud or on-prem transitioning to Cloud)
• Experience with transportation planning, freight audit/payment, carrier rate management
• Experience integrating OTM with Oracle ERP/Order Management is a strong plus
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting experience
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Oracle certifications preferred
