Job Description

Baer is looking for AI Enablement & Communications Specialist for a 12-month Federal Project located in Herndon, VA
Title: AI Enablement & Communications Specialist
Location: Hybrid - Herndon, VA 3 days on site.
Duration: 12 months OR 12 Months contract to hire.
Rate: All-inclusive- Locals ONLY
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Overview
The AI Enablement & Communications Specialist drives AI adoption across the organization by delivering practical enablement, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement. This role supports AI @ Work and AIDO initiatives, manages roadmaps and communications, and helps teams integrate AI into repeatable, workflow-based solutions.
Description

  • Lead AI @ Work training, office hours, and enablement programs.
  • Develop AI workflows, prompt libraries, templates, and reusable frameworks.
  • Partner with LOBs to identify and implement high-impact AI use cases.
  • Drive adoption of AI tools and workflow-based solutions across teams.
  • Manage the AIDO roadmap, priorities, milestones, and stakeholder updates.
  • Plan and execute AI/AIDO rollouts, communications, and adoption campaigns.
  • Develop monthly AIDO Insights newsletters and bi-weekly portfolio updates.
  • Manage AIDO and AI @ Work Communications, MS Teams channels, and SharePoint content.
  • Gather feedback, measure adoption, and continuously improve AI programs and resources.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Generative AI, prompt engineering, context engineering, responsible AI, and practical AI use cases.
  • Experience driving technology adoption and partnering with cross-functional business and technical teams.
  • Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and content development skills.
  • Experience with internal communications, newsletters, adoption campaigns, or employee engagement.
  • Strong project management, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative, customer-focused, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor s Degree
