BMC Helix Developer

Duration: 6+ months
Compensation: $60-90hr
Location: 100% REMOTE
Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands on BMC Remedy/Helix development experience.
• Strong experience with BMC Helix ITSM, Innovation Studio/Innovation Suite, and Remedy AR System.
• Hands-on experience with BMC Helix application migrations, ideally migrating legacy applications to Innovation Studio.
• Experience developing workflows using Active Links, Filters, Escalations, and business rules.
• Strong integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
• Experience with ITSM modules, CMDB, and ITIL processes.
• Previous Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications within the BMC Helix platform.
• Build and customize ITSM workflows, forms, business rules, approvals, notifications, and automation.
• Migrate existing applications to BMC Innovation Studio while maintaining current functionality.
• Develop integrations between Helix and external enterprise systems using APIs and web services.
• Configure and support CMDB, asset management, reconciliation, and data integrity processes.
