Job Title: Pega Senior – Smart Disputes & GenAI
Location: Remote (USA)
Experience: 10+ Years (Must)
Certification:
Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) – Mandatory (Or)
Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) - Mandatory
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on Pega development expertise.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with the Pega Smart Dispute Framework.
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is required.
- Strong understanding of credit/debit card dispute processing, chargebacks, and case management workflows.
- Experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and database integrations.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps tools.
- Strong leadership, customer management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
AI / GenAI Skills:
- Familiarity with Pega GenAI features and Pega Process AI.
- Experience or knowledge of integrating external LLM/AI services into Pega applications.
- Understanding of AI-driven workflow automation, intelligent routing, and automated case summarization.
