The Role

• Support store management in daily operations and achieving sales targets.
• Train and develop a successful sales team, providing coaching and feedback.
• Manage store operations and loss prevention in the absence of store management.
• Ensure all store needs are effectively communicated to management.
• Maintain opening and closing duties according to company policy.
• Deliver a fun, full-service customer experience.

What You'll Need

• Prior retail sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
