BIM Digital Project Manager - Construction Model Coordination

Tempe, AZ | Full Time

Lead the digital side of complex construction projects, owning the federated model and the coordination that keeps teams building right the first time.

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years in BIM, digital engineering, modeling or drafting across AEC, energy, mining or industrial (strong 3-year candidates considered)
  • Hands-on federated model management and clash detection
  • ACC (Forma), Revit, Navisworks and Revizto proficiency
  • ISO 19650 knowledge, including CDE setup and administration
  • Construction knowledge across the full project lifecycle
  • Proven ability to lead small to medium projects independently
  • Degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field.(extensive experience accepted in lieu)

What You’ll Do

Own delivery of BIM and digital engineering services from project setup to closeout, on scope, on schedule and to standard.

Build and manage the federated model, and write the BIM Execution Plans and Digital Engineering Management Plans that guide the team.

Run clash detection and coordination meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors, and drive issues to resolution.

Quality-check information models and design digital workflows that make delivery faster and cleaner.

Report on progress monthly, flag risks early and grow client relationships into new opportunities.

Shape how the firm delivers digital engineering by testing new tools and processes and contributing to R&D initiatives.

  • Mentoring experience
  • OpenBIM, automation and model QA/QC depth
  • Solibri, Civil3D, 12D, Synchro, Power BI, dRofus or Aconex
  • Database and asset lifecycle awareness
  • Site experience
  • Eligibility for defense-related security clearance
