- 3-5 years of experience managing technical projects, ideally in risk, cybersecurity, or technology
- Hands-on experience with budgets, forecasts, or vendor spend, and strong Excel skills
- Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to apply them to everyday work, such as drafting, analysis, reporting, and workflow automation
- Enough technical understanding to ask good questions and spot risk, even if you are not an engineer
- Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-ready summaries
- Experience working across functions without formal authority
- High attention to detail and comfort juggling many concurrent priorities
- Experience in financial services or another regulated environment
- Familiarity with cybersecurity or risk programs (e.g., application security, identity, vendor risk, SOC operations)
- Experience with procurement and contract processes, such as POs, renewals, and invoice approval
- Experience with Monday.com or similar tools, and with dashboards and reporting
- PMP or similar certification; exposure to FP&A or finance
- Experience building or configuring AI-assisted workflows or automations
