Business Analyst/Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA/PM) to lead the delivery of a Holistic Site Risk Dashboard that consolidates operational and compliance risks across sites, products, and portfolios. This role owns the initiative endtoend ensuring alignment to the ERM roadmap, driving standardized risk visibility, and enabling datadriven decision making.

The BA/PM will serve as the single point of accountability for discovery, definition, delivery, funding readiness, stakeholder alignment, and ongoing roadmap execution.

The BA/PM is responsible for delivering a connected digital risk management solution that:

Consolidates key operational and compliance risks

Provides standardized, comparable risk visibility across sectors

Supports shortterm visibility while enabling a future unified and integrated risk management view

Establishes governance, taxonomy, and KPIs for credible, decisionready risk insights

1. Discovery Phase Leadership

Lead discovery activities to understand current risk visibility gaps and business needs

Elicit and document user stories, prioritized personas, and key risk use cases

Identify opportunity themes and map the current risk ecosystem (tools, reports, data sources)

Partner with data and risk teams to develop a highlevel data profile, highlighting accessibility and standardization gaps

2. Define Phase & Stakeholder Alignment:

Facilitate crossfunctional workshops to define and prioritize business needs

Partner with stakeholders to develop a clear problem statement and value hypothesis

Drive alignment on scope, success criteria, and what good looks like

Clearly frame the opportunity statement to guide MVP design and funding decisions

3. MVP Funding & Business Case Development:

Define and document MVP scope, including target users, initial risk views, and data requirements

Develop funding materials that articulate value, scope, timeline, and dependencies

Support leadership decisionmaking by clearly linking MVP outcomes to business value

4. Design & Develop (MVP & Pilot Execution):

Own delivery of the MVP prototype and pilot deployments

Partner with technology, data, and security teams to define:

Data requirements and metrics

Taxonomy and standardization rules

Accessibility and rolebased access controls

Validate that the solution delivers against the approved value hypothesis

5. Deployment, Iteration & Scale Readiness:

Lead planning and execution for broader deployment following pilot success

Develop and maintain solution specifications and delivery roadmap

Own the benefits realization plan and KPI tracking

Manage backlog, iterations, and enhancements to improve risk visibility and adoption

6. FutureState Roadmap:

Define future phases to enable integration and aggregation of risks for prioritization

Ensure roadmap alignment with ERM maturity goals and enterprise risk strategy

Identify incremental opportunities to improve comparability, intelligence, and decision support

Multiphase roadmap for future risk integration and prioritization

7+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid BA/PM role

Proven experience delivering data, dashboard, platform, or riskrelated initiatives

Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, stakeholder facilitation, and execution management

Experience managing discoveryheavy initiatives with evolving scope

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executivelevel delivery updates

Experience in risk management, compliance, ERM, or operational risk domains

Familiarity with data governance, taxonomy standardization, and KPI definition

Experience working with crosssector or enterprisewide stakeholders

Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery experience

PMP, CBAP, or similar certification a plus
