The Role • Meet with homeowners to diagnose and assess their heating and air conditioning system replacement needs. • Inspect existing HVAC equipment in various challenging environments (attics, crawlspaces, basements) to determine scope and pricing. • Present personalized HVAC system upgrade and replacement solutions to customers. • Offer financing options and close sales within a consultative, one-call close environment. • Ensure a professional customer experience from consultation through installation. • Collaborate effectively with installation teams for seamless project handoffs. What You'll Need • Proven experience in in-home sales, with a strong preference for one-call close success. • Ability to physically access HVAC equipment in attics and crawlspaces, including in varying weather conditions. • Strong communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills. • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings. • Knowledge of HVAC systems is beneficial, though comprehensive training is provided.
